Your Macildowie partner will assess your organisation’s requirements and work with you to build an appropriate solution and pricing mechanism for your outplacement requirements based on the level of support you need your employees to receive.
What Does Outplacement Involve?
The Macildowie outplacement support is comprised of four workshops; optimising the CV; optimising interview technique; optimising digital visibility; optimising psychometric assessments. In addition, if an employee’s work experience and home location are in line with the type of roles we recruit for and our client base, then we can also provide a job search service.
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services that we can help you with. These include; Optimising your CV, Optimising interview performance (including virtual interviews), Digital Visibility and Psychometric assessment.
How long does each outplacement support workshop take?
Each workshop lasts roughly an hour, depending on interactions and/or learning preferences.
Will this get me a job?
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees when it comes to getting a job, however, we will help you to optimise your CV. This will increase the probability of being invited to interview.
Why should I choose this service?
You might be in a situation where you are being forced to make redundancies, or you may be on the other end of that decision. We understand that this is not easy for both of these groups. We have designed this series of workshops to help these people, bridging the engagement gap between these employees.
What outcomes are the workshops designed to make?
The workshops are designed to increase the likelihood of a) being invited to interview, b) performing at their best in the interview and c) securing the job they want.
How does the "ONLINE ONLY" package work?
You give us a list of your employees and email addresses, we give them access to around 20 snackable, informative videos that deliver the workshop content. There are downloads available such as CV templates and checklists for your employees to use too.
